You can choose one of two options: - You can have a technician come and take apart the couch at your first location then come back to reassemble the couch at your new location once its been moved.
- You can have our technician assemble and reassemble the couch and let us arrange to have the chair transported for you. This can be done on the same day or in two days.
- How secure will my couch be after it's reassembled?
Couches are usually stapled together with heavy duty staples when they're originally put together. Our technicians will typically replace these staples with heavy duty staples or nails. This ensures a very sturdy assembly.
- Can you tell me how long it will take to disassemble and reassemble a couch?
Every couch is different. There are several manufactures and although couches have similar frameworks, the best way to tell the complexity of a couch is by taking it apart. Some couches can be taken apart in minutes, others take hours.
- I put together one of the chairs but need help assembling the rest. Can your technician look at the one I did and make sure it's ok?
That's no problem. Our technicians can inspect your work and if it isn't satisfactory, they will take it apart and reassemble it.
- I have a few screws loose in my bed, can you send someone to take a look and replace them maybe?
Our technicians can inspect your furniture and fix preliminary problems.
- I’m moving and I am not sure if my chair will fit through the door, can you send someone just in case the chair doesn’t fit?
Yes, we can send someone over. If the chair doesn't fit through the door, the technician will do all necessary work to make it fit at the predetermined price. If however the chair does fit through the door there is a 50% charge for having the technician there.
- Do you provide same day service?
Absolutely. Not everyone is prepared beforehand. We can send someone to your location based on availability. We’ve sent techs out at 7, 8 o’clock at night some times.
- How soon do you reply to e-mails?
We work hard to provide fast and reliable customer service that is consistent with your needs. All e-mails are replied to within 24 hours. For the most part, you should hear from us within the hour actually but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, there can be delays.
